The Supreme Court is loaded with lifetime justices, some serving 30+ years, while the process for picking a Chief Justice or imposing term limits is locked in the 18th century. Amendments are nearly impossible, leaving the Constitution outdated on issues like guns, privacy, and climate. The world moves fast; our laws don’t. Maybe it’s time to rethink how the Constitution itself can evolve with the times.

Everything Trump does or says at this time has one purpose, to distract from the Epstein Files! Fortunately it doing no good! When we start seeing people going to jail then we will know they are being released! Release the damn files!

Schumer and Jeffries condemned the killing of Renee Good—but that’s where it stops. They refuse to defund ICE and won’t even demand Minnesota investigators see the evidence after a federal agent killed a civilian. Leadership in words, cowardice in action. Silence protects ICE, not justice

DHS claimed lawmakers needed seven days notice to visit ICE facilities, but that policy was blocked by a federal judge. Congressional oversight is protected by law, so denying access was illegal. DHS lied about a “requirement” to justify blocking Congress from doing its job!

Trump says he wants to slide down a helicopter rope like SEAL Team 6. A sitting president joking—or seriously imagining—doing elite military stunts shows terrible judgment. This isn’t an action movie: it trivializes national security, disrespects the professionals who actually do this work, and makes the office look like a playground for stunts. Leadership isn’t about thrills, it’s about competence and responsibility.

Rep. Roger Williams acts like he’s handing out civility tips while completely ignoring reality. Telling people to “quit demonstrating” and “get civil” is just a way of dismissing protests and shaming citizens exercising their rights. It’s classic quackery—offering oversimplified moral advice instead of addressing why people are protesting or why tensions with law enforcement exist. Civil society isn’t about silence; it’s about accountability.

Trump met with oil executives to pitch investing in Venezuela, promising “total safety” and profits. They were polite but cautious — many publicly said Venezuela is “uninvestable” No commitments, showing that the executives understood the risks and weren’t buying it!🤣🤣🤣🤡

“Trump claims “landing somewhere doesn’t mean you own it”—yet that’s exactly how Europeans took America 500 years ago, displacing millions of Indigenous people. He manages to be historically wrong, logically backwards, and ironically self-contradictory all in one sentence. Ignorance doesn’t get more spectacular than this.”

Trump is collapsing. In nearly a year in office, he’s lost public trust, Congress is moving to block his unilateral actions, Epstein controversies keep piling on, and America has turned its back on this rapist and felon. Every front—legal, political, and public—is closing in. His first year has been a disaster, and the trajectory is clear: he’s screwed.

Trump claims, “I feel that I won Minnesota … all three times … Nobody’s won it since Richard Nixon.” That is false. He lost Minnesota in 2016 (to Clinton), 2020 (to Biden), and 2024 (to Harris) according to certified results. Minnesota has voted for Democratic presidential candidates in every election since 1976; the last Republican to carry it was Richard Nixon in 1972 — but Trump did not win it any of the three times he ran.

apnews.com/article/social-service-child-care-5-states-trump-c4af28914687e6b95a3122a225676a8c
It’s illegal for a president to withhold federal funds from states just because he doesn’t like them. Congress controls spending, not the White House. Once funds are approved by law, the president must distribute them as written. Using federal money to punish “blue states” is an abuse of power, violates the Constitution, and that’s why judges keep blocking it.

@barrych12

Trump claiming he “won Minnesota” three times is pure fiction. He lost MN in 2016, lost it again in 2020, and lost it again in 2024. The last Republican to win the state was Richard Nixon in 1972—over 50 years ago. Calling it “corrupt” doesn’t change votes. Facts don’t care about his opinions. Minnesota rejected him, repeatedly, and he’s lying to cover it up.

@barrych12

he’s doing exactly what a Defense Secretary should never do: publicly telling Americans he doesn’t believe in the chain of command, doesn’t trust military leadership, and wouldn’t want his own kid serving alongside allies. Undermining civilian control, trashing morale, and signaling retreat to adversaries isn’t “honesty” — it’s cowardice dressed up as grievance. A disgrace to the uniform and the country.

Trump is panicking as the Epstein files loom. France even delayed the 2026 G7 to avoid clashing with his absurd White House UFC stunt on his birthday. He floods the zone with impossible distractions—rebuilding foreign countries, mass arrests, punishing cities, wild accusations—to dominate headlines. But legal processes don’t bend for theater. No stunt, no lie, no spectacle can stop the law from catching up to him.

ICE agents do not have blanket immunity. Killing Renee Good is not “federal duty” protection. Supremacy Clause only shields lawful, necessary acts — shooting an unarmed person isn’t that. Minnesota can prosecute, and evidence blocking is just obstruction, not a free pass. Accountability is possible.
