I have a question related to voting. We all KNOW who we vote for when in that booth, but we don’t ever receive like a lil recipient or confirmation. So going into the midterms, KNOWING they are trying, how do we protect our votes? Shouldn’t there be a receipt other than here’s your sticker? This is not something I have ever questioned until now, for obvious reasons.

So, I have been doing some light reading today. I wanted to read it for myself. I can read faster than watching 8 hr testimony. And in now way want to break whatever I’m watching it on. Holy shit.

I had to stop on pg 110 right now. Jordan didnt want public testimony for a myriad of reasons. One of which, it clearly shows it was not a partisan conspiracy. Jim trying for a gotcha moment is pretty funny . It is almost like he has ZERO clue about Smith. Guess people of character are new to him. Jordan, clearly trying to make it about Smith going after Trump because it is Trump. Trump plain and simple tried to stop the election certification. Without Trump this would not be an issue.

Every single night, on the last potty run of the day, Harley has been alerting the neighborhood of a potential air threat. She is leaping and jumping while barking at the night sky. Since Friday January 2, 2026. She is protecting the air space over her territory from commercial airliners. Air space secure settles her down. She snorts in agreement before completing perimeter patrol. Sometimes Pepitas will pass on air space secure after Harley affirms that it is firmly secure.

So yesterday I did a mini spa day for me, at home. Hair color, straighten the hair. Then came a MASSIVE tangle. On cthat would NOT comb out. In my 51 years in Earth, I have never encountered such a tangle. I told myself, it just needs to be cut out. Just cut the tangle. I cut it and then realized what I had done; TWO inches gone! I proceeded to cut the rest of my hair accordingly. Until, the dreaded perimenopause frozen shoulder came out to play. I COULD NOT REACH THE BACK OF MY HEAD! I now had

the LONGEST and THICKEST and most OBVIOUS missed a spot known to man. I had to ask my husband for help. His reply, "What in the hell did you do to your hair?" Thriends, I cried. He hugged me, fixed the weirdness of the back of my hair. The fact I could not comb out this tangle was sad. I have NEVER met a tangle I could not undo. So, yeah. Trying to get a hair appointment the week of Christmas? Ha! But, at least I have a cute -ish bib for now. Pic is of the back before cut....

So. Christmas Week. I was a lil naive in hoping since the orange fella was in Florida, things would get somewhat quiet. Nope. Silly me! Woke up to see the usual bullshit. Add to it: CBS killing a story for political reason, we have mystery announcement coming AND the apparent obsession to take Greenland for himself. All on top of the Epstein file joke of release. And that was on top of the closed door meeting with Jack Smith. As far as distractions go, is there a limit? I hate this timeline.

So my adult kiddo just spent the past four days after work, replacing the exhaust on his vroom vroom. Himself. He priced out different shops and was like NOPE, I can do this. So he ordered parts and took on the challenge himself. He finished right around 8 pm, and it sounds AMAZING! He's super stoked and my heart is full seeing his pride and satisfaction of job well done. I just heart this kiddo of mine. Had to share. Thx for listening. ♥️
